Meet Harry

He is a Loan Officer Assistant at BrokerVA.
He has three primary roles with his client:

High-quality contact follow up

Prequalifies borrowers

Registers and discloses files

Manages contacts: Every day of the week he follows up with a subset of contacts in the client's Bonzo CRM to move them along the pipeline. He has text-based scripts to follow for each day.

Pre-qualifies borrowers: Whenever a new loan application comes in, he is introduced to the clients and is able to text them directly for additional documentation and clarification questions. His SOP is to prequalify the borrowers the same day all the documents and information are collected, and follow up on outstanding items every day. He runs credit, calculates income and sets up the entire file.

Registers, discloses, and sends files to processing: When new contracts come in, he registers, discloses and sends files to the processor the same day.

Other highlights:

Borrower communication is thru text and email

Sends a message every morning when he starts

Sends EOD report of all his tasks for the day

Processors and processing support are trained in processing US mortgage loans. They undergo training for the following::

Register loans with wholesale lenders
Run AUS and disclose files
Order all third party items (title, HOI, HOA certs, appraisals, VOE's)
Collect all PTD conditions, communicate with underwriting and order the CD
